Go inside designer Erika Floysvik’s stunning 2,450-square-foot loft with 14-foot ceilings. Discover how the Fia Interiors founder used the grand space as a canvas for her impressive art collection.

Erika unified the open floor plan with a graphic black and white color scheme throughout, as well as one large area rug that spans the entire living and dining space. Oversized furniture grounds the airy space; the pool table and dining table both came with the loft and were updated to fit the home’s modern look. On one end of the great room, a large mixed-media painting has pride of place. The black and white kitchen boasts a marble island, liquorice-stained walnut cabinetry and an integrated Pitt cooktop with gas burners installed directly into the countertop, offering a clean look that fits with the rest of the home’s aesthetic.

Btw; I've spend the last 3 years documenting my art works via memoirs and picture books. Had I not, my creations would've been lost to history like many artists, not easily visible except for those in collectors private homes.
